Important Updates:
March 26 - It's warming up!
As we await a green light for swimming lessons, we want to thank our Shendy's families and staff for their patience and understanding as we continue to work with Toronto Public Health and The Lifesaving Society to begin our Spring Session. Our Safety Plans are in place and we will provide you with updates as they unfold. We continue to provide First Aid / CPR / AED, Lifeguard and Instructor training as they have been deemed essential. We encourage you to follow our updates on Facebook, Instagram and our Shendy's newsletters.

As always please feel free to reach out to us at register@shendys.com

Feb 17 - March Break Schedule Update & More
We are actively working on our reopening policies and procedures so when we get the green light we will be ready to welcome swimmers back in a safe way. While we do not have the exact date yet we will be following the province's reopening plans closely and working with our local Public Health units to ensure all of our Covid guidelines are up to date. As planned, we will be running a 9 week session which will take us well into the Spring months. Rather than two sessions it's likely we'll have one Winter/Spring session followed by the Summer session. Once we have confirmation as to when we can officially reopen for lessons we will send a follow up email with our new session dates as well as any updated Covid protocols.

In the meantime, we wanted to thank all of you for your loyalty and patience and we look forward to getting back into the pool shortly.

As always please feel free to reach out to us at register@shendys.com

,br> Whether through: teaching people to swim and survive in the water; training first aid skills; fostering the next generation of Lifeguards; providing safety audits to camps and facilities; or even through the sales of lifesaving equipment, Shendy's has always been focussed on the safety of our community. As a long standing member of the LifeSaving Society, actively participating in the Canadian Drowning Prevention Council, and founding the No Push Movement, we take our role in this community very seriously. We are delighted that the government now recognizes the important role we play in keeping our community safe, as it has just deemed that CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard and Lifesaving Certifications are essential services (read more).
